I started following the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge back in August 2014. Since the start of my journey I’ve lost a total of 16kgs, going from 90kgs to 74kgs.
I’m yet to hit my goal but I’m still working hard to get there.  It hasn’t been an easy experience. Being a busy mum of 3 young children, studying and running our home,  I’ve had a few set backs. But knowing that I have the support from so many lovely ladies who are on the exact same journey as me, has made it super easy to get back on track.

Not only am I losing weight but I feel healthier and fitter then I have my whole adult life.
