After first joining the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenges in September 2014, I have lost 19.3 kg in total and 3.3kg in the recent March 28 Day Challenge.
This past month has been the best so far despite my total loss not being huge as I have come to realise how far I have come and how much my life has truly changed.
I am close to my goal weight and am wearing size 10 jeans. Which was one of my major goals.
This 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge has helped me truly enjoy health eating. It has helped me have a better balanced and organised home and has given me the guidance on how to restructure our whole family’s food choices for the better.
My children are asking for Lose Baby Weight meals and snacks and are making better food choices in general.
They are loving that I am running around and kicking the footy with them or bouncing on the trampoline, something I haven’t done before.
I am starting to feel confident and beautiful in my own skin and am loving that I have the energy to get out there and be active with my kids.
As I have said before thank you to all the team at Lose Baby Weight and The Healthy Mummy, you really are truly life changing and for that I am forever grateful.
