Amy-Lee has just done the September 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge and lost 4.8kgs plus 41cm and is so excited she’s found one of the best ways to lose weight.
I just finished my first 28 days of properly being on the healthy bandwagon after having two kids in 15 months both by C-section. I weighed in this morning and while I have only lost 4.8kgs I have also lost an incredible 41cm!
I know right! Lol! But the reason I’m so proud is I have A LOT of demons and I’ve had multiple eating disorders and while I find myself weighing in every few days I am now in the right mindset to continue doing it smartly and safely. I had to stop calorie counting because I was getting too obsessed with numbers I know how to make smarter food choices and am passing that on to my two babies so thank you Lose Baby Weight!
I won’t lie, at the very beginning of the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge, I was so disappointed with the initial fitness test results. I was determined to give it everything I had to increase my fitness levels to a point where I could keep up with my toddler.
The first week absolutely almost defeated me, I was tired and sore and honestly didn’t think I could do the exercises but I persevered. By the end of the second week I was actually out of bed before my early risers and getting in as much reps and extra little work outs. I found my sleeping improved, my mind set completely shifted, I wasn’t getting puffed and I was determined to beat each of my own sets in the work outs.
I was EXCITED to do the Challenge and I was excited to do the final fitness test which I greatly improved on. I didn’t have a chance to do the food due to a lot of allergies and a fussy little eater as well as finances but everything about the 28 Day Challenge taught me something. However I don’t see it as just a Challenge for the 28 days it has now become a complete lifestyle and I’m excited for the upcoming months! 🙂
