We have another yummy recipe submission for the Healthy Baking Competition that we are running on our Private Facebook Support Group where members can send in their own super creative, healthy and YUMMY baking recipes that can be enjoyed while following a healthy eating plan.

Ingredients
- 2 cups of almond meal
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup of frozen cranberries
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
Method
- Place all ingredients except cranberries into a processor and mix well, until light and fluffy.
- Pour into greased tin, and sprinkle cranberries on top.
- Place into a pre heated 150 degree temperature and bake for 30 mins
