I love that it’s not just a diet but a lifestyle change. There are so many easy to make recipes that taste amazing. My favourite thing are the Healthy Mummy Smoothies which are great for those busy mornings or lunch on the run.
The healthy 28 day challenge diet plans have taught me how to eat well to fuel my body and that it’s ok to have bad days.
The plans have also taught me that exercise isn’t a chore but can also be fun and as simple as dancing around the house.
Not only do I feel healthier but I’ve gained back my confidence!!
