Standing for self love has never been easy, but standing for it in a public place, in a bikini – blindfolded – is even more difficult still.
Nevertheless in an effort to remind people that “all bodies are valuable”, one brave woman has done exactly this.
Amy Pence-Brown stood for nearly an hour, in a busy public market, with two marker pens and a sign that read:
“I’m standing for anyone who has struggled with self-esteem like me, because all bodies are valuable. To support self-acceptance, draw a heart on my body”
The reaction she received is one of the most beautiful things you’ve ever seen…

Such a valuable reminder to appreciate our incredible bodies!
