What we eat really effects our health and this is often seen more as we get older and to combat this we need to follow a healthy eating plan. Some foods which are highly acidic include Equal, aspartame, white sugar, plums, cranberries, prunes, chocolate, potatoes, peanuts, white flour, white rice, beef, pork, cheese, dairy milk, alcohol and soft drink
