My daughter is 6 months old and since Christmas I have lost 21 kgs (& counting) following the tips from Lose Baby Weight and by using the Healthy Mummy Smoothies and healthy eating recipes.
I had a complicated birth, a fourth degree tear and a puncture to my spinal cord which made exercising difficult to start with. Most of my weight has been lost just with changes to my diet and attitude towards food.
Now I am slowly adding exercising and work outs from the Lose Baby Weight DVD which are perfect for people low on time. Being pregnant with my second, a breast feeding, working and studying, busy mum (like every one else these days) has been made easier by using the Healthy Mummy tools available!
