The month of January has been an absolute cracker for me.  So far I’ve lost 2.3kg*. And that brings my total weightloss to 28.4 kg*.  I am so excited to see my results at the end.

The menu plans have been amazing and have been a hit with the whole family asking for seconds for most of the meals.
The challenge exercises are getting easier which is motivating me to stick with them and not give up. I’m loving that old habits are at bay because I’m so satisfied with the Healthy Mummy products and the food on the 28 day challenge.
Never in a million years did I ever think this would be my lifestyle. The kids and I are enjoying so much more active time together and I’m able to get out there with them and be confident which is rubbing off on them too.
They also get a boost out of being active. I’m loving that we’re all excited about what each day holds for us. We make plans to be active and we follow through and at the end of the day I know they’ve had the healthiest day possible.
The kids have been getting in the kitchen with me helping me make all sorts of goodies but making bliss balls is by far their most favourite thing to do in the kitchen.

This year I promised myself we would be at our healthiest and we’re well on our way but I wouldn’t be able to have achieved any of it without the Healthy Mummy products and the 28 day challenges.
I’m so thankful to have found something that has changed not only my lifestyle but the lifestyle of everyone in my family and it’s making us a healthy family.
This program has helped me focus on myself and what i need to do to help me guide my family towards a healthy life.
