Firstly I just want to say thank you for creating the Lose Baby Weight Plans.
I hate weight loss diets because I don’t want to count points or calories.
I’m breast feeding my 3rd child and I’m happy with my weight within reason.
I decided now I’m not having anymore babies its time to look after me and get fit. I saw your healthy eating plan on Facebook and thought what a good incentive for healthier eating.
My anti low fat husband is also loving our new meals. I didn’t think he would eat quinoa and I was never going to get a lentil into him. But he is actually loving all the food.
After trying the first week I am very happy and full!!! Obviously weight loss diets for me have not worked because not only have I eaten the wrong foods but not enough in general. I am eating double what I normally do!
I am happy to say after the first week I was a kilo lighter and feeling more toned also.
And after I have lost over 4kg and I also entered a fun run in Ballarat – my goal was to run this and I completed my first fun run since high school 6km in 36 minutes!
Thank you! This is a lifestyle change for us not a diet and I will be singing your praises to anyone who will listen!!!
