I started the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenges and Healthy Mummy Smoothies on 13/10/15 at 103.1kgs, 10 weeks later and I have lost 10.5kgs.
I’m so glad that I found Lose Baby Weight and The Healthy Mummy when I did, it has completely changed the way my family and I eat and also our outlook on food.
I was hesitant to start because I constantly looked at other peoples before and after photos and was positive that could never be me. Then I started following the plans and using the smoothies and now when I compare my own photos, I’m one of those people that I thought were too good to be true!
