So this has been one of the hardest months EVER! trying to eat healthy this time of the year has seemed impossible.

But I am super happy to say I have not gained anything but not have I lost anything (insert yay!)  and I have realised that’s because I have stopped thinking of Lose Baby Weight as a diet but as a lifestlye change.

So I thought I would share my tips on how to maintain a permanent lifestyle change without you even realising!

  • When going to shops/daycare/school dropoff park as FAR away as possible so that you walk further this increasing steps
    a bad habit i had to break as i would always look for a park closest to the shops (even if it meant driving around the car park for 20 mins!)
  • SQUATS! yep i said it squats! they are your best friend! squat for every piece of washing!
    squat for every piece of ironing
    squat for every dish washed
    squat just for squatting!
  • When you are on facebook STAND UP silly but still better than being on your bum!
  • Prep your meals!
  • If you can sit down write a meal plan it helps! that way you avoid unnecessary takeaways!
  • I have pics of my skinny self EVERYWHERE (my visitors must think i love myself!) mirrors,fridge ,bathroom ,treadmill it kicks my butt when i have a bad day and reminds me of why I started

Overall just stay focused if you follow these steps along with the LBW program you WILL stay on track
