Hi Mums, I have lost 22.5kg with Lose Baby Weight.
As a motivating mum this month I have held myself more accountable ensuring that what goes in my mouth does not hit my hips.
Lose Baby Weight-22.5kg Loss

One of the most convenient parts of the 28 Day Challenges is customising my weekly meal planner.  I love that I can search the numerous recipes to find those meals that suit my family, repeat snacks, allow for leftovers to be lunches or freeze them for a quick go-to meal.
I can also search the numerous Healthy Mummy Smoothies and incorporate them into my week what a bonus.  I’m sure many of you can relate to those days when you have sleepy children plodding along, making school lunches and trying to get yourself sorted.
The smoothies are yummy and make for a quick convenient and nutritious breakfast during the morning rush.  They are also ideal as a snack or main meal if I am running short on time.
How have I stayed motivated and on track with my eating and exercise since October last year?  This is a question I often get asked by my family, friends and colleagues.
I have always struggled with my weight continually going up and down like a yo-yo.  When I discovered Lose Baby Weight I had hit a physical and mental low having stacked on the kilos after my second child and unable to shift it.
I was struggling with my self-image and confidence, I needed motivation and fast.   Hence the Lose Baby Weight Support Group came to my rescue I joined this group and signed up for my first 28 Day Challenge.
My main motivation has been all the fantastic mummies in this group, it is such a great support and from reading the articles, sharing up and downs, watching videos, recipe sharing and exercise reminders I have managed to lose weight and find myself again.
The 28 Day Challenge exercises have become part of my daily routine, along with squats, push-ups, sit-ups, crunches I fit them in whenever and wherever I can.
best ways to lose weight
More often than not you will see me cooking dinner doing push-ups on the counter and squats whilst blow drying my hair.  The children think it’s fun, join in and we all have a laugh.
What I have realised since starting Lose Baby Weight is that I need to switch things up to keep myself stimulated and exercise interesting.
I’m not a big runner so have recently joined an Acquapole class, do a jazz and tap class at my daughters dance school and a lot of workouts from home including The Healthy Mummy DVD.  I now really enjoy exercise and look forward to my daily workouts.
I reward myself when I reach personal milestones by either getting a pedicure, manicure or buying some new work out pants.  Most recently I visited my hairdresser and decided to get my hair totally chopped off I wanted a new me to go with my new body.
Now I just have to find some extra $$$ for a new wardrobe!  For a long time I always put my children and husband first but not anymore we are all now equally important, they now have a much happier and healthier mummy.
My family are all fortunate to experience a new healthier and active lifestyle thanks to Lose Baby Weight.

Erin says: “I love the 28 day challenge! It takes all the guess work of “what do i have for dinner” and fumbling around the fridge looking for ingredients before deciding on something “easy” (and usually not healthy!) The best thing is, after doing my weekly shop once the shopping list comes out I have everything I need to make something HEALTHY AND EASY!”
