Hi Ladies,
My name is Brooke Stagg and I have lost 20kgs with Lose Baby Weight.
During these first few weeks since been your motivating mum, I have lost a total of 3kg which now brings my weight loss to 20.8KG on the lose baby weight program.
One of the most amazing things about this program is that each 28 Day challenge, changes themes so that it’s always fresh and exciting.
This month has been focused on metabolism boosting recipes that are child friendly and super tasty for your family.
During my weight loss journey over the five months I have been able to beat my depression, gain my fitness and see myself change into the person I need to be for my four children and husband.
If it was not for the lose baby weight program and their supportive admin, members and structured programs I believe I would have stayed obese and possibly have a shortened life.
I cannot speak high enough of this program and the amazing results you get if you are willing to be challenged because after a while of adapting into the healthy routine the Lose Baby Weight program becomes your family.
Some tips I would like to give you for your weight loss journey is the following
- Drink water before meals and aim for 2L per day
- Cut back on sugar (try sweeteners in coffee and tea)
- Keep healthy snacks around you so you don’t indulge in un-healthy snacks
- Don’t think of this weight loss challenge as a diet think of it as your life style change
- Make sure you eat the calories that your BMR calculator suggests to you as to lose weight you must eat
