I have just completed the March 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge and lost 4kgs during this Challenge.
I have lost 14kgs since starting the January 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge.
In the pictures, the column on the left were taken January 1 and the column on the right were taken at the end of March. 94kgs to 80kgs!
