Hi healthy mummies and mummies-to-be, I’m Narelle and I’m currently 24 weeks pregnant with baby #3.
I have Gestational Diabetes this time around, but have managed to keep my weight within the recommended limits for a healthy pregnancy.

I can’t do much in the way of exercise due to SPD (symphysis pubis dysfunction), but have come up with tricky ways of sneaking some comfortable exercise in.
Now that my morning sickness has settled down I’m feeling great and love the Healthy Mummy Pregnancy Community for its honesty and support of REAL mummies and mummies to be.
