Delicious fruit smoothie
- 200ml lite milk
- 2 TBS vanilla Healthy mummy smoothie mix
- 1/2 cup frozen berry mix (I use McCain Season’s Choice)
- 4 ice cubes
- 1/4Â a banana
- 1/4 an apple
- a good shake of ground ginger
- a good shake of cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutella
Blend for 2 – 3 minutes then enjoy!
