I am currently doing the 28 Challenge and I feel great! I’m loving all the meals the 28 Day Challenge has to offer and the smoothies too.
I made it my own personal challenge that for the month of November I would try a different smoothie each day.

I’m loving this challenge so much I’m trying some amazing flavour combinations I wouldn’t normally. The reason I decided to do this is because I would always seem to have the same smoothies day in day out.
I’d always see others post pretty, and yummy looking smoothies and think oh that looks good but never actually followed through and made them.
I hope I’ve given you all a bit of inspiration to try something new. I sit here typing this as I sip on my Gingerbread Man smoothie, delish!
I’ve been getting in lots of exercise following along with the daily exercises in the challenge as well as some of the other challenges like the tone your butt and thigh challenge and tone up challenge.
I’ve also found some others I’m doing with new equipment I brought such as some dumbbells to tone up my arms and a fit ball to help with my core.

My never fail cardio workouts from the LBW dvd though are helping me sweat out those unwanted calories and is perfect to pop on in the afternoon while my twins nap.
I have finally cracked the 10kg loss mark now my first mini goal with another 10kg to go. Another little achievement I’ve had is being able to fit into my Health Mummy singlet I brought.
I can’t believe the difference I’ve had from the first week I tried it on till now. I’m now feeling comfortable in it and wearing it out and about with pride. I’ve had a lot of people comment on how good I’m looking now which is a huge boost. I even tried on my first pair of bikinis.
I didn’t love how I looked but I didn’t hate how I looked either. I purchased them which was a huge step out of my comfort zone and am using them as a goal to push myself even harder and further.
I hope everyone’s enjoying the 28 challenge so far and if you haven’t signed up I strongly recommend signing up for next month’s December challenge. The food looks amazing and so many yummy healthy Christmas treats.
