This recipe is a quick and easy ice cream fix using all natural, healthy ingredients – you will love it. It is also from the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge with over 1600 recipes – and you can learn more here on the Challenge.

Ingredients (Makes 1 serve)
- 1 & 1/2 tablespoons dark chocolate bits (15 grams)
- 1 diced frozen banana (90 grams)
- 2 tablespoons reduced-fat Greek natural yoghurt (40 grams)
Method
- Place banana and yoghurt into a blender and blitz until well combined.
- Place chocolate bits in a microwave-safe dish and cook in 20 second batches until melted.
- Serve immediately as a soft serve type “ice-cream”, topped with the melted chocolate.
