As the weather becomes cooler here are a few healthy mummy smoothie recipes that are are ice free and can even be drunk warm so may be just what you are looking for on a cold morning over the winter months.

Banana & Cinnamon Smoothie
  • 2 tbsp of Healthy Mummy Smoothie chocolate flavour
  • 1/2 a banana
  • 1 shake of ground cinnamon
  • 200ml of skimmed or non fat milk

METHOD: Blend in a blender and enjoy . This can also be put into the microwave or heated up in a pan once blended to be drunk warm

Berry Mania Smoothie
  • 2 tbsp of Healthy Mummy Smoothie strawberry flavour
  • 1/4 cup of raspberries
  • 1/4 cup of blueberries
  • 1 tbsp of oatmeal
  • 200ml of skimmed or non fat milk

METHOD: Blend in a blender and enjoy

Choc Mocha Smoothie
  • 2 tbsp Healthy Mummy Smoothie chocolate flavour
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tsp of decaf coffee
  • 200ml of skimmed or non fat milk

Carrot Super Smoothie
  • 2 tbsp of Healthy Mummy Smoothie vanilla flavour
  • The juice of 1 lemon
  • 250ml of carrot juice

METHOD: Blend in a blender and enjoy

Hot Coconut Chocolate
  • 1/2 a banana
  • 2 tbsp of Healthy Mummy Smoothie chocolate flavour
  • 200ml of low fat milk or low fat chocolate soy milk
  • 1 tbsp of shredded coconut

METHOD: Blend in a blender. This can also be put into the microwave or heated up in a pan once blended to be drunk warm
