I am both a 28 Day Weight Loss challenge member and an avid smoothie user.
I have now been following Healthy Mummy weight loss plans for just over a year and in that time have gone from 113kgs to 76kgs. I am so proud about how far I have come in such a short time.
Never did I believe when I first signed up that I would be able to stick to the program. But alas I have and I will never give up.

I have been overweight since I was about 15 years old. Always hovering around the 100kg mark. I’ve tried many other diets in the past, losing 10kgs, hitting a plateau and giving up. On Healthy Mummy weight loss plans I have actually hit many plateau’s and amazingly haven’t given up.

The support I receive from all of the amazing mum’s in The Healthy Mummy & Lose Baby Weight Facebook Group, along with the support I get from my husband, family and my son has helped me succeed this time. I just dont want to let down everyone, especially my son. He is my reason for wanting to be healthy and active. He was the reason I started and he is the reason I will never give up.
I am still not at my goal weight but I am working on that. I am working on my fitness and toning. I still have bad days but LBW has taught me about how much of a lifestyle change this is rather than just a ‘diet.’ I’ve also learnt about enjoying food, not just eating it mindlessly.
I have enjoyed the 2 times I have been a motivating mum and I feel like it definitely gives me the extra push and drive that we sometimes need. I enjoy sharing my story with others. I am so passionate about the program and feel like I completely owe my life to LBW.
