Finding time to go to the gym so that you can lose weight or just focus on losing stomach fat can be an impossible task for most mums.
I don’t have the time to go the gym at all but every day I make sure I do exercise as it is important for my health and it is important to maintain my weight and it was really important when I was losing my own pregnancy weight
But a lot of mums are too tired to do much exercise but want to lose the pregnancy weight gain so I 100% encourage you to go for a daily walk.
Also a great idea to start getting into the habit of is running up sets of stairs when you are out.  This is excellent at burning fat and really works the bum and thighs area and gets your blood pumping. Do as many sets as you can but start small and build as time goes on.  Watch the video below which shows me doing my sets of stairs at my local park when I am out for a walk with my bub and see how I break it up – it is all about making it manageable and fitting it into your life
