Hi mummies!
I am pleased to say so far whilst being on the Lose Baby Weight plans I have lost over 11kg and 40cm and now at my weight when I got married, and not far from weighing in at my 3rd goal of being 79kg!
Whilst being a Lose Baby Weight motivating mummy for the month of June, I have lost 5kg and 28cm.To write this seems unbelievable.
What an exciting month and journey it has been. This month has been full of highs and lots of learning. I have learnt about health, nutrition, exercise and how this all fits in altogether.
SmoothieOur bodies are engines that make everything run smoothly. Since being on the Lose Baby Weight program (the 28 Day Plan and Healthy Mummy Smoothies) and eating cleaner, rawer foods, and healthier foods, I can see that my body has stepped up and is working out the way it should.
Lose Baby Weight has changed my life.  I remember researching some products that I wanted to try, after reading up LBW, I knew it was the one.  The daily prompt support from this team is quite unbelievable. Please don’t stop 🙂 and your recipes are easy and delicious.
Before I started my journey in March, there was every doubt, and excuse I could think of. Then one day, it clicked! I was ready to do this.
It has not been easy, but very much well worth it. Now that I have started down this path, I always say to myself- “why didn’t I do this sooner”. But it’s ok, I am here now and committed and that is what matters.
There are days and moments, where you want to indulge and have a piece of chocolate, cake or something naughty. And you know what, it is ok. You deserve it.
After 4 months of being on LBW, I had my first dessert while we were out with friends at dinner. I knew earlier in the week I was going to have a dessert, so I prepared for it. While I was out training, I worked and pushed myself harder for an extra 5 minutes every day 🙂 happy to say I still lost weight for the week. I think moderation is the key.
LBW bakingMy 30th birthday is only 8 weeks away now, and am looking forward for a fantastic evening and seeing what another 8 weeks in the future will look like for me. Am planning to have a slice of my birthday cake also.  I will definitely keep you posted on this day.
Thinking back to 4 months ago, getting to this point seemed almost unreachable. But now that I am here, I want to push on harder and see more results and maintain this weight loss.
While our shopping earlier in the week, I found I had to buy a new wardrobe.
Under garments, jeans and new tops. I am in between a size now, so undecided to buy a pair of jeans 1 size too small and work hard to get in them 🙂 I was amazed that I was buying clothes 2 sizes smaller than I normally would.
My measurements from last week:

  • Weight 84.8kg loss of  500grams
  • Bust 108 down 1cm
  • Waist 92 down 1cm
  • Thighs 69 same
  • Hips 116 same

I wish everyone all the best and work hard and believe in yourself. I will continue to carry on with my journey and see where it takes me. Very excited.
