I found Healthy Mummy weight loss plans when I was pregnant with my second child. During the pregnancy and from her birth I followed the 28 Day Diet & Exercise Plan Book

I was going for walks and used the The Post Pregnancy Exercise DVD but officially began my weight loss journey on the 7th April 2015 with 28 Day Weight Loss challenge and tipping the scale at 122kg.

Since then I have lost 15kg and I am drastically improving my health and fitness. And I am reducing my pcos and insulin resistance symptoms. As I still use the 28 day challenges, printed books and ebooks, smoothies, dvd, and the free content on the website I believe I have the tools to be a 100 days of summer motivating mum.

I think I would be AWESOME because the goals I have already achieved keep me motivated. Losing 15kg and feeling this healthy was something of a dream after trying so many programs or quick fixes which failed me. I am super motivated for summer because I want to see double digits – no I WILL see double digits (something I haven’t seen since high school). I want to reach my ultimate goal and be the most fit and healthy I have ever been.

I want to motivate other mums by sharing my food and exercise pics (I intend to do the tone up challenge over the course of the summer) and other pieces of inspiration via Facebook and Instagram. I know that having thousands of mum on the support page will help to keep me accountable and motivate myself to push harder than ever before. I do not want to let myself or any of the other mums down. I have taken the back seat too often in my life and it is time to change that!
As a stay at home mum I will always have the chance to perform any duties set out for the 100 days of summer challenge and to assist others on the support group in any way I can.
