28_day_challengeIngredients

  • 1/2 cup dried pineapple
  • 1/2 cup almond meal
  • 2 tbsp. Healthy Mummy Vanilla powder
  • zest of  1/2 lime
  • 1 tsp. lime juice.
  • 1 heaped tbsp. of desiccated coconut for rolling

Method

  • mix all together in food processor and roll into 7 balls
  • roll balls in coconut until covered well
  • Store in the fridge or freezer
