These bliss balls are packed full of protein making them the perfect snack to enjoy with a green tea while following your healthy eating plan.
They interoperate the Healthy Mummy Smoothie Mix making them packed full of vitamin and nutrients.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup dried pineapple
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 2 tbsp. Healthy Mummy Vanilla powder
- zest of 1/2 lime
- 1 tsp. lime juice.
- 1 heaped tbsp. of desiccated coconut for rolling
Method
- mix all together in food processor and roll into 7 balls
- roll balls in coconut until covered well
- Store in the fridge or freezer
