As we are all busy mums sometimes we only have 5 minutes here and there to fit in our exercise. Natalie shows us how easy it is to do a section of the 28 Day Challenge exercises in under 5 minutes.

Each round consists of:

  • Jump Touchdowns – 30 seconds
  • Cross Fly Side Step – 30 seconds
  • Elbow Plank Leg Lift – 30 seconds

Repeat for 3 rounds
