Almost 16 weeks on lose baby weight and this month has definitely been the most challenging.

If it wasn’t for the smoothies and easy meal plan of lose baby weight I would have already given up by now.
This week marks 7 weeks on a weight plateau.  I haven’t moved a gram and in the past this alone would have seen me give up, but Lose baby weight has taught me to stick to it and focus on other changes. So I am.
This week I accomplished my first outside run that was 6km of hills and mud in under  50 minutes. when I first started lose baby weight I couldn’t run for a minute on a treadmill , the daily exercises have helped me in just 16 weeks increase my fitness to an extraordinary level. And I am also starting to fit back into clothes I wore pre children when I was fit and active.
I have focused this month on sticking to the meal plans of the 28 day challenge as tightly as possible. I have been using the smoothies for breakfasts so I can stay on track, and knowing the meal plans are all carefully designed means I can confidently follow them knowing I’m doing the right thing and I’m on the right track and I just have to be patient. It’s not so much about the scales anymore.
Lose baby weight is so much more than just diet and exercise.  I’ve learnt so much about myself this month that, without lose baby weight I would never have had to address.

Since having my babies I have struggled with confidence issues and anxiety, I’m always the bubbly and extroverted but behind that I am a very stressed out, unconfident anxious being.
For the past 5 years I haven’t ventured out of my comfort zone, I don’t leave the house if I don’t have to and we don’t go on outings outside our normal daily routine.
This month, I was given the amazing opportunity of a photo shoot with lose baby weight and its something I would normally politely decline because of my confidence issues. I didn’t decline; I stepped out of my comfort zone and took on the challenge.  The experience was amazing for more reason then I thought possible.  I learnt just how badly my confidence was damaged being overweight , and that weight has been holding my children’s lives back-Not anymore!!!!
Lose baby weight has shown me something as simple as clean eating and a daily 20min exercise has shown me a glimmer of confidence and happiness. If I can see it now,  that glimmer by my goal weight will be glow that I never ever dreamt I would find.
Lose baby weight is so important for more reasons than just weight loss to me. This journey was needed for my mind. It’s helping my confidence, and its enriching my life. I’m learning to not be so negative when I look in the mirror and to acknowledge the little accomplishments as they are ll steps towards the big picture.
I couldn’t possibly imagine life without lose baby weight. This journey has only just begun.
