Cannot believe April is over, and thank you for having me as a motivating mum. I have lost over 16kg with the Lose Baby Weight healthy eating plans.

Lose Baby Weight 16kg Loss

This past week has been challenging as AF (Aunty Flow) decided to make her appearance a little earlier so I wasn’t ready, but I kicked my bum into gear and prepared my go to snacks (bliss balls- mainly chocolate ones) and had lots high iron foods. I drink lots of fruit water and green tea.

My favourite snacks from the 28 day weightloss challenge would have any bliss balls, almond butter granola bites and any yoghurt snacks as they are easy to prepare and I can keep them in my bag or the fridge at work.

I’ve been exercising daily and hitting the 45 active minutes mark and 12000+ steps. Ive been running / walking intervals. Started walking 1 minute the run for 30 seconds then increase each running each day by 30 seconds if I can’t get out the house I’ve been using the skipping rope.

This month I’ve finally hit the 66kg mark from 82kgs (16kg loss) and a loss of 9.5cms from bust, 9.5 from waist, 8.5 from hips, 1.5cms from arms and 15cms from my thighs (44cms loss all up).
