Hi everyone! Hope you’re having a great July. I have lost 23.5kg* with Lose Baby Weight.
An update from me: well I can’t give an accurate weight or measurements update this week but let me explain this photo.

The difference between these two photos is 2 years 7 months, 23.5kg*, a whole lot of confidence and a much better understanding of ways to nourish my body.
This month I have focussed on more incidental exercise (I have a time lapse video to post today of my son and I baking a cake and me doing squats at the same time).

I was encouraged by the 100 likes I got on a post this month that said if you’re looking at something to eat and you wouldn’t give it to your child, then you probably shouldn’t have it either.
Hopefully that’s 100 people who will think twice about that biscuit or burger next time….
As mummies, it is important that we remember to look after ourselves as well.
GIVE yourself 20 mins in the day for a workout, GIVE yourself 5 extra minutes to make a yummy lunch and a cup of tea, and remember that the little people are watching!
I am reminded of this every time I see my son (nearly 3) copying me doing lunges or squat jumps or using his tiny 1kg Dumbbells.
So as the second half of the month approaches, let’s keep this going. You don’t have to start ‘tomorrow’. If you fall off the wagon, that’s ok.
