Hi Mums! My name is Barbara and I have lose 15kg with Lose Baby Weight and I am one of your Motivating Mums for June.
So here we are – June. It’s over one year since I had my second baby and headed back to Ireland for my brothers wedding.
I knew I had drifted up in weight a bit in late pregnancy and after the birth but I really was shocked to be in size 20!
I knew I had to take control, no matter how busy or tired I felt.
I did the 28 day challenge first and the smoothies fitted seamlessly into my life. I really love the variations and am still – maybe 350 smoothies later – finding new flavours and combinations.
Through the excitement of challenges and the support from the Facebook support group I have stayed largely on track.
I am still down the 15kg I lost but chasing the last 10 kilos in and out.
I eat better than ever thanks to Lose Baby Weight, feel good, my skins great but I’ve finished breastfeeding and am still eating a little too much. I
‘m 5 weeks from heading back to that beach of the first photo. I am really going to try to focus on the challenge this June and go home feeling like a million dollars, healthy, happy and strong.
