Hi Mums, I have lost 7kg with Lose Baby Weight and have maintained that loss by continuing to use the 28 Day Weightloss Challenge.
My journey with Lose Baby Weight started in February 2014, 8 months after the birth of my second child. I was at playgroup and I heard another mum mention this amazing plan.

I bought the 28 Day Diet & Exercise Plan book and a tub of The Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix and started incorporating it into my daily life. But it wasn’t until I joined the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge that things finally clicked and I got my mojo back for exercise.
The challenge was great for me as it gave me the opportunity to try out different flavour combinations that I would never have tried before. I also love the simplicity of the exercises and how quick they are to do.
It also gave me the confidence to finally sign up for an Aquarobics class that I had been thinking about joining for a while. I have recently moved house so I have lost my Aquarobics mojo at the moment but hope to get it back again.
I vary my exercise between walking/running, doing the Lose Baby Weight DVD, or doing incidental exercise like fitting in squats when waiting for my smoothie to blend etc. I also join in with the mini challenges other mums set on the private Facebook page, like on Wednesday’s we squat.
best ways to lose weight
I do not actively weigh myself and I don’t calorie count. I prefer to go by how my clothes are fitting me and how I am feeling in myself. I have gone from size 12-14 to size 8-9.
From February when I was 74.5kg, til today where I am around 68kg, I have lost 6.5kg and a whole lot of centimetres and am feeling fantastic. I have been maintaining this for a few months now. I still love trying out all the new recipes and opening up my tastebuds to new and fantastic food combinations. I have been inspired to do further study to become a Sports & Exercise Nutritional Advisor.
My goal now is to keep toning up and maintaining my healthy lifestyle. I reached my goal of being the healthier version of myself when I turned 30 in June this year and will continue on with what I’ve been doing. I love knowing that I am being a good role model to my girls in the process.
