“I started using the Healthy Mummy smoothies in Oct 14 after I was asked AGAIN if I was pregnant when I wasn’t!

In December I decided to up the ante and join the 28 day challenge.
I lost over 20 kilos by Aug 15 and was able to run 5kms without stopping.
I was 93kgs when I started in 2014. Flash forward to now and I weigh 73 kilos and am working on getting back into the healthy weight range.
