I am a single mum of two little girls and I wanted to send my pregnancy weight loss story in as I have always struggled with weight loss.
My youngest is 3 years old and although I had tried to lose the weight I had been carrying over the past couple of years I failed at every attempt. Everything was too hard. Too expensive. Too difficult to fit around my life. Too hard to break my love of comfort eating,
Then in June my mum found your website and told me she would buy me a month’s worth of your healthy mummy products to kick start me feeling better about myself. I had not heard of Lose Baby Weight before this so had a good look on the website and was pretty impressed with the level of support and help that was being offered and i identified with many of the mums stories on there who had lost their weight so thought why the hell not give it a go.
That was just over 8 weeks ago and I want to say thank you so much for what you have set up as without giving this a go I would be 7kg heavier still! For the first 4 weeks (mum paying) i did two smoothies a day and did it along side the 28 day plan. I loved the convenience and I also had more energy that I have had in years and I found the daily emails and articles you write to be really beneficial and it felt like each one was written for me!
Then when I had to pay myself I am now having one healthy mummy smoothie a day for brekky and I find it really sets me up for the day and I am still using meals from the 28 day plan and your website for my other meals.
I have another 15kg to go but I feel so positive and confident. Losing 7kg has done so much for my confidence and now I know I can and will do it and I am so happy that I am setting a healthy example to my girls too – who also love mummy’s ‘moovie’ in the morning!
