The smoothies are a quick, filling and super healthy alternative when you are pressed for time to make something from the healthy eating plan.

Blueberry & Banana Bang

Blueberries have the highest antioxidant level of all fresh fruit, meaning that eating them regularly (like in your Healthy Mummy Smoothie) could boost your immune system, help to prevent infection and ward off disease.  You can read more about Blueberries here.blueberry_banana_bang

  • 250 mls Milk of your Choice ( we like unsweetened Almond Milk)
  • 2 tbsp Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie Mix
  • 1/4 Banana
  • 1/4 cup Blueberries
  •  5 ice cubes

Combine all ingredients in blender on High for at least 2-3 mins then enjoy!

Banana Oat Buster

Rolled oats digest slowly, making them a perfect addition to your Healthy Mummy Smoothie as they help to keep you fuller for longer.  You can read more about the health benefits of Oats herebanana_oat_buster

  • 250 mls Milk of your choice ( we like undweetened Almond Milk)
  • 2 tbsp Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie
  • 1  Banana
  • 1  tbsp Rolled Oats
  • 1 tbsp Honey

Blend all ingredients on High for 2-3 mins until well combined

Chocolate Raspberry

Raspberries are a sweet and low calorie fruit perfect for adding to your Healthy Mummy Smoothies.choc_raspberry_smoothie

  • 250 ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 2 tbsp Chocolate Healthy Mummy Smoothie
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Raspberries
  • 1/2 a Frozen Banana

Blend all ingredients on High for 2-3 mins and enjoy!

Snickers Smoothie

A Healthy Mummy Smoothie that tastes too naughty to be true! snickers_smoothie

  • 250mL Milk of your choice ( we like Unsweetened Almond Milk)
  • 2 tbsp Chocolate Healthy Mummy Smoothie
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
  • 1 tbsp Oats
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Blend on High for 2-3 mins. You could use frozen banana for an even thicker smoothie

Coconut Choc Smoothie

Coconut is full of healthy fats and is fantastic to include into your daily diet.choc_coconut_smoothie

  • 1 cup Skim Milk
  • 2 tbs Chocolate Healthy Mummy Smoothie
  • 1 tbs Shredded Coconut
  • 1/2 Banana

Blend all ingredients on High for 2-3 mins and enjoy!
