Motivating Mum Ash Pertroff who has been following our healthy eating plans and challenges has sent in her yummy recipe for her peanut butter chocolate crackles
These yummy crackles are a healthier, refined sugar free version of the childhood favourite chocolate crackle that we all remember.  They are quick and easy to prepare making them a great healthy treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of puffed rice
  • 1/2 cup of oats
  • 1 tbsp Healthy Mummy Chocolate mix
  • 1 tsp of unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 tbsp of 100% natural peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp of coconut oil

Method

  • Mix the oil, Healty Mummy Choc mix, cocoa and oats in a food processor until mixed together
  • Add the peanut butter and puffed rice to the Choc mix, mix with a spoon until well combined
  • Put a tbsp into the bottom of a muffin tin or patty pan
  • Freeze for 20-30min
  • Use a sharp knife to jar them out of the muffin tin being careful not to break them or just remove the patty pans if using

Makes 9 crackles
