Hi all,I am Helen and I am a May Motivating Mum!
I get asked a lot how I stay motivated on my weight loss journey. Since I committed myself last July to The 28 Day Challenge and The Healthy Mummy Smoothies I have never looked back!
I love that the 28 Day Challenge, and coupled with going to the gym has given me fantastic results. I now feel stronger and make healthier food choices. I also love that my clothes become a little looser on me each month! The look on people’s faces that have not seen me for some time is priceless!
When I look in the mirror I’m falling in love with myself again,that is what keeps me going.
I want to be the best version of me that I can be,to be an amazing role model for my two beautiful children and anyone else watching my journey.
So far I have lost 32.5 kgs and over 98 cm off my body.
Please, mummies, don’t give up, whatever your goals are, WE can do this!
At the start, sure I thought I would fail like all the other times, but I was so head strong this time and wanted to prove to myself that I can do this and I AM doing this!
I’m not normally the girl that will put myself in the spotlight, I don’t want the attention. The only reason I am doing this is so that I can inspire all of you beautiful people to know that it is possible.
