Ingredients

  • 20grams wholemeal self raising flour
  • 15grams coconut sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 30mls skim milk
  • 20-30mls boiling water

Method

  • In a mug add coconut sugar and boiling water
  • In a bowl mix together all other ingredients,
  • Pour cake mixture into the mug
  • Microwave for approx 30 seconds – microwave cooking times will vary!
  • Turn out into a bowl, the sauce will just pour over the top.  (You may need to use a butter knife to loosen around edge of cake in mug)
