‘Hello Lose Baby Weight team,
Here’s my yummy Healthy Mummy Smoothie recipe.’

Ingredients:

  • 2 rings of canned pineapple
  • 1 stick celery
  • 1 handful of baby kale leaves
  • 2 tbsp Vanilla Healthy Mummy smoothie mix
  • 250mls milk of your choice (I use full cream milk)
  • 3-4 ice cubes

Blend them all together and enjoy!
