Today we have this INCREDIBLE looking Healthy Mummy Smoothie to share with you all that can be enjoyed as a quick and easy meal replacement when trying to lose baby weight.

Lose Baby Weight- Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2tbs strawberry Healthy Mummy smoothie mix
  • 250ml coconut water
  • 150g Dragonfruit (would work with either ruby or white flesh)
  • 15g tinned beetroot (I used steamed & puréed fresh beetroot)
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1tsp chia seeds
  • Juice of half a lime
  • Handful of ice

Method

  • Combine all of your ingredients into your blender
  • Blend on high for at least 3 mins
  • Enjoy!
