I have been in this journey for 3 years now. The biggest weight loss I had was on my first 6 mos. when I first lost 18kgs*. Before the year ended I lost another 2 kgs which brought my weight loss to 20 kgs* with Lose Baby Weight.

My journey now has been a lifestyle change. Where I know more about nutrition, we eat quite healthy, we have treat meals and I have a very active lifestyle. I have fall off the wagon and then lost them again— what I have been finding hard now is losing that last 5kgs.
What this lifestyle has given me is my confidence. I feel good in my skin, I am happier—I may not be where I am at but I know I get there.
I have given you tips on my previous post on tips on how to get motivated basically I have used all those tools to maintain most of my weight loss.
What I wanted to share on this post is the most important thing that I have learned in my journey that basically helped me maintained and pushed through.

Mindset—with the weight coming off my mindset have changes and with this came a lot of things

  • Making good and healthier choices food wise
  • Being able to push through and challenge myself with my fitness level.
  • Being positive at all time—I try to look at the positive of things now rather than dwell on the negatives.

I am very thankful for finding Lose baby weight; its given me another lease of life— it’s a product that works and has had great success not just with me but to other ladies.
The plan is excellent that family and friend enjoys. Its not a restricted plan it caters for everyone.
Every journey ifs different ladies, make up your own and make it a good one.

Now I customise the meal plan on Sunday night and do our shopping online for collection Monday morning.
It saves time running around the supermarket and it also stops junk food sneaking in the trolley. I write up the meal plan and stick it to the fridge so I know exactly what we are having each day, it makes life so much easier.
