So here is a simple healthy eating way to make your own runny yoghurt at home that’s dairy free.
Simply use your favourite dairy free milk and the secret ingredient – tofu!
The banana adds a lot of flavour, but of course you could switch it up for berries, peaches, mango, kiwi fruit – anything you like!
Healthy eating doesn’t need to mean that you will miss out on anything.
Please note this yoghurt is best eaten straight after making as the banana can make it turn brown quickly.

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium banana, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 300g silken tofu
  • 2 tbsp soy milk, almond milk, rice milk, coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp honey

Method:

  • Place all ingredients into a blender and mix well.
  • Pour and enjoy!

Serves: 2. Calories per serve: 215.
