Hi Lose Baby Weight, This is my weight lose story after being on your lose baby weight loss plans;
After having my daughter I thought I would never be able to get back to the size I used to be so I never really put much effort in to losing weight.
Then when I fell pregnant with my son I was still 10kg over my pre baby weight so I was determined to put on minimal weight and attempt to keep fit during my pregnancy but despite my efforts I put on 12kg during the pregnancy.

After my son was born I wanted to get back in shape and attempt to get to my pre baby weight from my daughter. Then by the time he was 8wks old I was only 3kg away from his pre baby weight but needed to shift another 13kg and didn’t know where to start.
