If you are thinking about becoming a Healthy Mummy Motivating Mum it I highly recommend it. Your enthusiasm changes and you get a better view of what you are trying to achieve.
My main focus this month was to increase my exercise which I had achieved with walking/jogging in the mornings until this week when I got a bug and felt terrible so exercise was put off but I kept to the 28 Day Plan and recipes from the website. I have been following this since I started my Healthy Mummy weight loss journey in June last year and have now lost a total of 39.7 kgs! I’m now 67.3kgs and my goal is 65kg which is just around the corner! Slow but steady now I’m nearing my goal.

My favourite healthy mummy smoothie this week is the Choc & Coconut which I’ve had a few times, so yummy and love alternating my breakfast routine between smoothies such as Banana and ricotta toast, bircher muesli and eggs on toast are my favourites.
As part of the eat move lose challenge I have increased my incidental exercise as it was hard for me to do any challenging exercise. The sumo squats will increase next week! The calorie bible is still my favourite Healthy Mummy product along with the 28 Day Plan and Spring and summer cookbook, I’ve got plenty of ideas and inspiration to keep me going.
Healthy BakingI received my Chocolate treats cookbook yesterday and it has fabulous recipes for something different! I don’t have a big sweet tooth but this cookbook is great if you have friends pop over and want something sweet but not naughty to have.
My focus for the next month is to yet again exercise. It’s something that I have to continually try and make an effort on but it’s becoming a fun thing for me which I never thought I’d say. The post pregnancy exercise DVD is perfect for those days when time is short. Select which section you want to do and go!
