As one of your motivating mums, I think it’s important to remind you how important it is to appreciate each day, whether it’s a good day or bad day.
I’ve lost 22kg and there are days where I still eat “naughty” foods.
Balance is important, and in the beginning of my journey with lose baby weight, I was extremely strict on myself.
I think this is too much pressure to put on myself.
I’m not perfect, I enjoy my food and I think if I want to have something not so good, then I’ll do it.
I’m not going to beat myself up, I’m not going to binge, I’m not going to have no control!

That’s what has changed for me along the way, my mind. I’m stronger not only physically but mentally too.
I’m more in charge and I know I can control myself around food. I think that each day we take, we not acknowledge our physical change, but also appreciate your mental changes!
With each day we take we get stronger and can achieve so much.
I love my Healthy Mummy Smoothies and I’ll always drink them. I love making the lose baby weight challenge recipes, there’s so much variety and I never get bored with the delicious food.
I’ve learnt to adapt meals and create healthy alternatives, and I’ll forever cook healthier for myself and family.
But as I said if I want something unhealthy I’ll eat it….. And work my butt off with the lbw did the next day.
