If I don’t start my day with a Healthy Mummy Smoothie I really struggle with my food choices for the day. Its amazing how a few small changes can really make a difference and this is a big one for me.

Do you make excuses for your self?
These could be as simple as….NOT being real with yourself.
They could be things like:

  • Doing half ass workouts that aren’t challenging your body.
  • Thinking your eating well but forgetting about the daily chocolates and nightly binge.

  • Saying you’re to busy running your family and work life.
  • Blaming your kids and their schedules.
  • Going through the paces but not actually consciously trying.

And there are many, many more excuses!
My advise is:

  • Be true to yourself
  • Be strong for your goal
  • Don’t dwell on weak moments but don’t let those weak moments control you more than they should
  • Aim and fire baby!

You’re more powerful than you think and you need to believe in yourself and KNOW that YOU CAN DO THIS!
