I am a big fan of the Lose Baby Weight website and I love everything you do. Over the past couple of months I have been using a combination of your smoothies and the 28 Day Plan (and have lost 10kg ) and I am very happy that I now have the Winter Warmer Plan to add into the mix!
The winter recipes are just amazing, really delicious and my kids and husband like them – plus the nutritional information on the recipes is a great tool and is really helping to inform me more about the foods I eat.
I was really worried about being able to continue with my weight loss over winter but not any more!!
I LOVE IT!!!!! The pumpkin soup & pea & prosciutto soup are already regulars in our household! So yummy!

It really is designed & laid out so well! It is easy to read, easy to follow & has some GREAT information in it! I loved the seasonal produce list – and the info on each product… you have it all covered!

I love that its is simple and easy to follow. The recipes look amazing – no fad diet tricks and no shopping lists that are unrealistic, just easy clean, yummy, healthy food.
It’s great that you can incorporate (or leave out) the smoothies. I still have one every morning and couldn’t live without them for energy I get and of course the convenience – I have mine on the run while trying to get my 2 young girls ready for the day!
I also really love that it explains what fruit and veggies are in season and that they are used for the winter recipes. Most diets plans don’t help with this and can end up being very expensive. This helps heaps when you are on a tight budget.
I’m just about to goal weight and nearly ready for maintenance, no other health plan gives tips or helps with that, so I love that this is included with loads of useful tips – 25 of them!! I lot of the tips I’d never thought of before – going to start to put them into practice.
I also love all the soup recipes – I LOVE soup in winter and its such an easy way to fill up. I’m excited about winter now as I know this fab plan with help get me though it without my scales screaming at me! Bring on Winter!!
The Lose Baby Weight 7 Day Winter Warmer Plan is a great ebook. I love that the 7 day plan is easy to follow and shares easy recipes that won’t have you chasing ingredients around town. It ties in well if you, like me, are currently following the Lose Baby Weight plans and is a sure fire way to ensure you won’t be putting on any extra kilos this Winter.
