Wake Up Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 250ml milk of choice
  • 2 scoops chocolate Healthy Mummy Smoothie
  • 1 tsp decaf instant coffee
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 6 almonds, chopped
  • 1 zucchini, chopped
  • 2 tbsp oats

Method

Place all ingredients in the blender and blend on high speed for 2 minutes.
Recipe makes 1 serve, 318 calories per serve.
