This month I have worked harder than ever and all 5 of my kids have enjoyed joining in on the exercises with me.
The best choice I have ever made in my life was to sign up to the Lose Baby Weight program, it is NOT a diet but a way of life.
I have gained so much since signing up to my first challange in Jan 2015.
I am setting a great example for my kids and showing them that healthy doesn’t have to be “boring rabbit food”.
I have lost 13cm off my bust going from a 22F to a 14DD! 18cm off my waist, 23cm off my hips, 20cm off each thigh and 9cm off each arm! I still need to change my mind set when clothes shopping.
I still go straight to the plus size section forgetting that Im no longer a size 22 and am now in a comfortable 12-14.
I love that I can now go in to pretty much any clothing store and get clothes that fit. No longer am I looking for XXL but am happily fitting into a M.

I would be double the person in size that I am today if it wasn’t for taking the leap of faith and signing up to the Lose Baby Weight program. I will be forever grateful to the whole team and all the inspiring ladies on the Lose Baby Weight facebook page for all the constant courage and support.
Sometimes things can get overwhelming but everyone on the facebook page makes things so much easier.
You don’t have to use the healthy mummy smoothie mixes to be successful in losing weight.
I have only in the past month started using the smoothies BUT I must admit I am hooked on the chocolate doughnut smoothie, but from January to October I lost my weight purely by following the 28day challange meal plans and exercise.
If you have been thinking about signing I say don’t think any longer and take the leap today.
I thought the success stories were all to good t be true.
But I have proved to myself that I too now have my own success story.
