They know what they want

You know what you want to achieve.: A slimmer, fitter, happier you… without the baby belly fat! Nothing good comes without sacrifice so decide what you are prepared to give up to get what you want. Goodbye cream cakes and potato chips! Whether it’s 5 or 50 kilos you need to lose, it all starts with a plan. Create achievable milestones with short term and long-term goals. Know what your healthy eating plan will be and make sure you have everything you need. Know what times you will be exercising. Leave nothing to chance!

They take action

Take that plan and put a date on it. Get excited! Tomorrow never comes, so start now. Don’t let a fear of failure stop you from beginning. If you don’t start your failure is guaranteed, but at least starting gives you a fighting chance to lose weight fast! Once you start it gets easier to keep going.

They never give up

Believe in yourself. If you’re struggling for some motivation, think back on your life. What have you already achieved? Think about the parts of your life that were challenging and yet you were able to overcome. And if nothing springs to mind at the very least you’ve managed to make a beautiful baby and you’ve survived the sleepless nights and you’re a great mum!
If you occasionally stumble and fall off the health bandwagon, you pick yourself up and start again. When you lose tummy fat and feel great you’ll be glad you did. So never, EVER give up. Don’t let a few bad days make you feel like a failure. Every road has a bumpy patch. And no one ever talks about the bumpy bits when you’re sitting in the winner’s circle looking fabulous!
