Tummy fat smoothie

  • 2 x tbsp of Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix
  • ½ red Grapefruit (peeled)
  • ½ cup mixed frozen berries
  • 2 x tbsp greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbspn Chia seeds
  • 200ml filtered water

Directions 
1.Blend all ingredients together in blender for 1-2 minutes. Enjoy!
